The Arnold Pro Final Recap: 397.5kg total @ 47.04kg/103.7lbs 9/9 Day 520 dots 🥲 Squat: 303lbs/137.5kg Bench: 204lbs/92.5kg Deadlift: 369lbs/167.5kg The 2 things going through my head that got me through each lift: -Execute -How bad do you really want this? Seems those were the right words. I couldn’t have asked for a better day to show up and it was such a nice feeling knowing that I hit everything we planned for while even having a little more in the tank. Have to say I am most proud of my milestone 303lbs on the platform bc it’s one of the things I wanted most come this meet. Squats have always been my challenge so to have the most progress on it this prep reminded me the work that was being put into it paid off. Can’t thank my coach enough @prs_performance for everything he does to help me be my best as an athlete and for being amazing at what he does, my bestfriend and mom for making the trip to cheer me on, and everyone at home and at my gym who supported me throughout this prep because they knew it was really important to me. Shoutout to the spotters and loaders for not only being so helpful but the extra hype they brought onto the platform. Every meet is an opportunity, but this one meant a lot. My first Arnold will be an experience I will never forget. Back to the drawing board for nationals🫡 see ya’ll in memph 📹 thankyou to @aaron_rivera for a sick meet recap video — — — #powerlifting #powerlifter #sbd #squat #bench #deadlift #strength #gym #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gwpl #girlswhopowerlift #strong #gymreels #fitreels #usapowerlifting #usapl #48kg by @deeliftss

2026 Usapl northeast regionals #usapl #powerlifting by @deeliftss
Northeast Regionals 2026 405kg total @ 51.7kg BW Squat 308lbs/140kg Bench 215lbs/97.5kg Deadlift 370lbs/ 167.5kg There were a lot of firsts during this meet prep, one of them being not making lifting my top priority. And with that also came my first 9/9 meet in a long time, a PR total and bench, and just a lot of genuine fulfillment both from lifting and life. I didn’t know I’d be back on the platform this soon when I decided for the first time to take a step back, but my short break was necessary to find my love for lifting again. I don’t have all the details worked out of what’s next but I’ll be making sure whatever it is it’s bringing me joy. I thank God first and foremost for all of the blessings and the opportunity to do something I love in one of the best communities. Thank you to my family for showing up for me, thank you @adelantebarbellclub to the team I shared this prep with and to all the friends there always supporting, thank you to @_____nini_no_flex for the stellar footage and for cheering front row, and thank you to my coach, good friend, and best gym owner around @maku_na_matata for everything. - - - #powerlifting #powerlifter #squat #bench #deadlift by @deeliftss

Now for the cute recap w/ special people and moments 🫶🏼 by @deeliftss
3rd place at Raw Nationals 🥉 Overall, I was so ecstatic to just be back on the platform after taking so long off. Everyone would ask me how I feel and my response almost always related to just getting back out there again and not how I was going to perform. Podiuming at Raw Nationals while underperforming is something I can’t complain about. I can give every excuse in the book for not performing the way I’m capable of, but that won’t make me better. Working hard will. I’m already looking forward to my next meet which will most definitely not be a year from now. To being healthy, grateful, and intentional ✨ Biggest thank you to my coach @prs_performance for always guiding me to be my best and still sticking with me when I’m not quite there. Huge thankyou to @john_song_dpt for helping me get my shoulder healthy again, there was a point when I wasn’t sure I’d be able to bench heavy again and he helped me get past that. Also @soyasumigaeshi for seeing me for a last minute PT session one week out. And lastly but certainly not least, everyone at @adelantebarbellclub. The community makes lifting that much sweeter. — — — #powerlifting #powerlifter #sbd #squat #bench #deadlift #strength #gymmotivation #fitness #fitnessmotivation #gwpl #girlswhopowerlift #womenwholift #fitreels #usapowerlifting #explore #48kg by @deeliftss
