Bowl of goodness. When I eat this in the morning I feel so good! Once mixed together colors look like the galaxy. Fun!

Wild blueberries, Kefir, spirulina, barley grass juice powder, dulce, simple reds (or apple perl powder) , truvani plant protein powder, lemon juice.

Inspiration for this:
medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie (this has some not all elements of it)
Donna Schwank Kefir recipe & introduced me to simple reds & apple peel powder
Joel Greene the source sharing about simple reds & apple peel powder
My fubctional medicine doctor recommended Truvani plant protein powder- adding this makes the bowl taste delicious. I love the 5 simple ingredients. For years I could not do protein powder bc of the additives. Thank you! Love that it does not have hemp or Flax bc I can't tolerate those!
