Every day on the trails I'm wearing @kinesysactive sunscreen.

Three black bears, easy trails, and ice cream with the boys.

Chasing kids (my kid + his friends) who are faster and better at riding than me is always tricky. I try to go my own speed, but inevitably I end up going faster than my comfort zone appreciates.

There were a few times today my intuition suggested I say no to the trail they were riding and say YES to the easier trail. I willingly obliged. I was happy to give myself a break, take some of the pressure off, and enjoy a slower roll.

Not every day needs to be BIG and AWESOME.

Especially at SilverStar bike park.

I worked on my corners and braking instead.

FYI: the video with the three bikes rolling through the cabin drop are the three boys I was hanging with today - I haven't done that drop yet, ever. One day soon though, my intuition will suggest it is time. And I get to say YES on that day. by @deemontie

Frog Creek Loop: a weekend gravel bike adventure.
