We are very excited to announce that Deems Experiment will be headlining the opening night of ‘Loose Ends’ our first Open Call Exhibition at Peoples Republic of Stokes Croft on the 10th of May

Tickets are very limited due to the venue & nature of the event so if you’d like to come we suggest you grab one now.

Alongside the 6 piece Jazz collective we will be showcasing many talented visual artists & we have invited some special guest selectors down for the evening…

Not to mention its BYOB, what better way to spend your evening than appreciating some fine art & music whilst sipping on an appropriately priced tinny from your local off licence

Tickets can be found in the usual places…

🎣 🥁 The Big Fish Bash: Meet the Musicians!

Last but not least on our line up for this weekend are two incredible musicians from the nu jazz band @deems.experiment

Deems Experiment is a group of Bristol-based composers and instrumentalists whose style blends elements of jazz, classical music, hip hop, and math rock. This Saturday night the crowd will be graced with a duo composed of lead keyboardist Aondoyima ‘Deems’ Ioratim-Uba (@deems_iu ) and bassist and drummer Munashe 'Kaps' Kapswarah (@kaps.drumz from Grace Mack & The Pack) to take us through a journey of soulful melodies and smooth, mesmerising sounds.

Swipe to Slide 4 to get a feel for their vibe ➡️ 🎵

If you want to do some serious research, check out the 3rd instalment of their residency at the @thegallibristol this Thursday, where they are exploring the musical masterpieces of Ezra Collective.
