✨Helping YOU destress, feel better in your body & reduce pain ✨
🌿Preforming: intraoral, craniosacral, cupping, visceral, lymphatic, therapeutic

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Let me reintroduce myself! Hello 👋🏻 my name is Ashley and I’m the owner and solo massage therapist at Deep Rooted Wellness!

🤍My passion runs deep for bodywork and finding root causes verse treating just to treat! I firmly believe we all have complicated and complex lives that truly affect our bodies and just the whole self. There isn’t just one treatment for anyone but a layered approach with different modalities that can address root causes!

👐Techniques I preform: therapeutic, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, intraoral, cupping, lymphatic, and other techniques that address structural issues to allow for optimal functioning!

✨A few things about me: I’m really bad at knowing how to take a picture, I love laughing and turning things into positives, and I’m all about health and maintaining health!

💫If any of this resonates with you, then maybe you are in the right place! Happy to meet you!

Cancellation Policy 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼

I truly dislike having to charge anyone a fee for a service they did not receive however I am a small business that depends on each and every appointment made ✨ I also have an extensive cancellation list of people waiting to come in so no shows or very late cancellations are not ideal for this reason too.

This cancellation policy has always been located on my website and scheduling site as well as notification of knowing this policy is on my intake form that every client must sign ✨

Thank you to all my clients and future clients! I appreciate you all and thank you for making appointments and showing up!

Cupping…is there anything better?!!! IYKYK!!

cupping just lands differently on the body in such an incredible way! Cupping is a method that I don’t do lightly. Some people can handle more cups and others and it’s about listening to the Client as well as their body.

If you’re ever interested or have any questions, let me know!!

See you on the table!

New addition to your relaxation 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

I have been searching for this chime for about 10 years! Not actively searching, but I had remembered about this chime recently, found it and bought it!

I might put this as an add-on later to purchase, but for now to test it out, if you would like to add sound to your next Massage, just let me know. This will be a free add-on!

These chimes are so calming and relaxing, and if you want to tap into your subtle body, this is a great way to do it! We are so much more than our physical body!

See you on the table!

NEW OFFERING 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Now offering prenatal massage! The only reason I waited this long to offer prenatal massage is because I never had the bolster I wanted. I didn’t want to offer a service that I didn’t feel 100% in giving!

When I was pregnant with both my two kids, I got prenatal massage with this bolster, and it felt incredible to lay face down. Just the relief from my low back was incredible!

We all deserve massages and now I feel 100% confident in offering a prenatal massage as an option to my services!

If you’re looking to book and can’t seem to find something within the dates you are looking for, please message me and I am happy to look at my schedule with you!

Thank you for always trusting me 🫶🏻 see you on the table!

How do I find the best room around???

👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

All my clients will be receiving an informational text message on how to find my new office, but here is a little visual of the steps to getting to my room!

One thing that is nice about this building is that there are codes and locks on the doors so that we stay safe so making sure the doors are fully shut is essential!

1415 W 3rd Ave, Spokane, WA, 99201

Any questions please reach out otherwise stay tuned to your next appointment!

See you on the table !!
