Yesterday’s experience in my own apartment left me genuinely upset.

One of my dogs peed barely 2 ml on a car tyre while we were out for our evening walk. And honestly, he probably smelled another dog’s urine there first — which means the tyre may already have been used as a marking spot by other dogs.

But somehow, a tiny pee spot from a pet dog became such a BIG issue that I was lectured about where my dog should urinate, and a long note was later posted on the apartment Whatsapp group with inappropriate words being used for us.

Let’s look at this logically.

When street dogs pee on your car tyres — okay.
When you park your car outside and birds leave droppings all over it — okay.
When your car drives through roads with all kinds of human and animal poop — okay.
When beggars or street vendors touch your car windows — somehow okay.

But when the SAME car is parked in the building parking area and a pet dog pees barely 2 ml on its tyre… suddenly it becomes a matter of outrage?

I’m not saying anyone should deliberately allow their pet to dirty someone’s property. Responsible pet parents should always clean up after their dogs.

But a little perspective, basic decency and respectful communication should work both ways.

We pet parents are not asking for special treatment. We are simply asking for the same understanding and respect that everyone else expects.

Because at the end of the day, it’s just a little pee on a tyre — not a crime scene. 🐾

And here she is—Mahek, receiving her Master’s degree in Criminology from Oxford, the top university in the world!

From teaching her first steps to watching her reach this incredible milestone, my heart is overflowing with pride, joy, and emotions words can’t capture.

Mahek’s journey wasn’t easy. Life threw challenges at her during her teenage years—personal struggles, school difficulties, and obstacles too heavy to put into words. Yet, through it all, she never gave up. She chose her path, applied to universities, earned scholarships, and worked tirelessly, every step on her own.

She is truly a priceless gift from God, perhaps a blessing for lifetimes of good karma. Thank you, God, for giving me Mahek, a daughter whose resilience, courage, and brilliance inspire me beyond measure.

@delhi.police_official - A woman pepper-spraying a young girl @politicallymoule for reporting a protest is absolutely unacceptable!

The video reportedly captures the woman’s face clearly.

Please identify her, investigate the incident, and take strict legal action if the allegations are substantiated.

No one should be attacked or intimidated for doing their job. Justice must be served!

Happy Birthday Preeti!

Thank you so much for the wonderful birthday treat at our favourite @dakshinadivillage We all had an absolute blast! What a fun-filled day - so much fun, so much laughter and so much giggling!

The best part? A pure veg food treat served with some absolutely pure non-veg talks! And honestly, I don’t even remember the last time I laughed this much. My jabdas are paining, my stomach is aching and I’m still laughing thinking about all the madness! 😉
Here’s to more such crazy afternoons, endless gossip, good food and even better company.
Now the BIG question… who’s next to give us a treat? 😜
