Deep Dive Invites S4M23, Taylor Trostle, xXabiXx b2b Harley

S4M23 discovered her love for electronic music at a young age while surfing YouTube, which has sent her into a lifelong digging rabbit hole. Her meticulous selections reflect a wide range of influence centered around Midwestern machine funk, whacked out mutant disco, and callbacks to vocal-heavy club anthems of the past, present, and future.

Taylor Trostle is a DC staple and overall boss lady. She is your favorite local DJ’s favorite local DJ, and she should be yours too. You've likely seen her writing, curation and design for the long-running underground music blog Truants, where she conducts essential interviews with rising and established musicians across the globe. She’s a mainstay at local watering holes Neptune Room, Showtime, Transmission and Ecobeat, spinning some of the deepest house dubstep and techno you’ll hope to hear.

xXabiXx and Harley are the selectrixxes better known as Free Pussy. Their eponymous party spotlights the funkiest and freakiest FLINTA vinyl wielders in DC and beyond. They’ll be opening the dancefloor with hard-hitting house with a heavy dash of devious diva vocals.

Resident ringleader @associate.dj dives back in with his trippiest wax oddities to stir the surface and warm the room.

Deep Dive descends again this Friday.

One of the minds behind @narrativ.music, Montreal's @meti.zo arrives at the helm for his DC debut - a bright talent quietly pushing the envelope with forward-thinking sound; his recent @out.sider.series mix comes highly recommended.

Ecobeat Empress @dubu.tiff returns fresh from her riverfront takeover, steeping the floor in her signature slow-bloom pressure.

All wax as always; low light, locked grooves - this time were bringing the Deep Dive signal to @elsecretoderosita.

Deep Dive is back with a special double-header. Uruguay's @kino_uy & Japan's @jnk_inoue make their long-awaited U.S. return after extended sabbatical - two analog ascetics devoted to the ritual, from @phonotheque to @cartulismusic to the capital.

DC’s parochial pariahs turned platter prophets @petkauf and @mazko_a_ complete the bill in righteous form.

We’re debuting a new late‑night space in NW DC for this occasion—who remembers the office parties?

This night comes together through the generous support of local community members and an upcoming vinyl‑focused space we can’t wait to support later this year.

Limited Free Entry with RSVP by 12AM.

Berlin-based @pascaleproject joins us in DC for the first time as we kick off a new year of Deep Dive. The Montréalaise platter professor has quickly made a name for herself with a uniquely hypnotic, esoteric, and textural analog sound.

@alyssa.n.n_ returns to the District for her Deep Dive debut, record bag stuffed and goggles prepped to dive deep.

We’re taking over @doublesdc again, our favorite intimate spot, for a night of freshly roasted energy and low-lit memories.

Free entry by 12AM with RSVP.
