During my Scuba Safari in the St. Johns & Fury Shoals region I explored many different caverns & caves. Some of them had the most beautiful sunlight shimmering I had ever seen😌 I saw the biggest moray Eel yet with estimated 2,5m length and a head bigger than mine😂 At the end of one of a long tunnel system I found two White Tip shark Babys. Here they were completely sheltered off from the rest of the reef. Just a small crack in the roof offered them sunlight. @erich_ritter_sharkschool

A dream came true today. First time ever visiting the famous Blue Hole in Dahab Egypt. Broke some Personal records feeling relaxed and confident. Diving next to some elite level freedivers. What a fantastic way to end my Molchanovs W1 course with @freediveandthrive
Thank you Donny for teaching me. It was an incredible experience. So far the best one of my life. You are a great teacher and go way beyond the necessary requirements. My mind is already excited for the Wave 2 Course😁🐬

Laying line in a cave is part technique, part intuition.
It’s about finesse, reading the rock, and doing it again… and again and again. Every tie-off, every placement, teaches you something new. My own intuition mostly grows by seeing good examples, and by transfering them to new situations that I encounter myself. 🪢 So when you call my name… Say no more… I’l be there, to learn - what you see here is’t perfection - it practice to get better.
