It is a great pleasure to welcome our next guest at @deephousebarcelona , an amazing DJ & producer, and one of our favorites in the electronic scene, @gorge_music from Mannheim! This mix reflects the reasons we fell in love with the artist: deep grooves, lush atmospheres, smooth vocals with superb mixing and production skills, taking us on a hypnotic journey! We love what we hear and we cannot wait for Gorge to return playing in the clubs. Until then, we dance at home and we thank you, Gorge, for the excellent session you recorded for us! 💙 LINK IN BIO!

Gorge, aka Pit Waldmann’s musical journey is the story of a lifetime. From his teenage years as a pop drummer, to his vibrant DJ career, to his role as one of the most revered producers in the electronic scene, Gorge has always been hooked on the beat. „I grew up surrounded with a mix of trance, techno, house and hip-hop,“ he says. „It gave me a very open mind.“

His attitude and openness has fuelled a thriving career as DJ, producer, and co-owner, with Nick Curly of @8bit_records . Gorge sees no reason to compartmentalise his music, or himself. As a young DJ in Mannheim, he combined working five days a week as a paramedic with playing in the city’s thriving club scene. „In the ’90s clubs were open every day of the week,“ he recalls with a laugh. „I was going to study medicine but the music infected me.“

The real Gorge pushes his sound and builds his reputation with every release, every gig. „I’m not a DJ who plays the obvious tracks with the big breakdowns,“ he notes. „I show people you can have a good time with hypnotic, groovy stuff. Every night is different, but I always want to create an atmosphere in the club.“

His passion for authenticity and originality is what drives his career and creative work, Gorge is as an artist in love with the rhythm of life. by @deephousebarcelona

Sunset, but make it Solar Eclipse 🌑✨ One of the most magical moments I’ve ever experienced. This post doesn’t do justice to what my eyes saw and my soul felt. At the climax of the eclipse, I had tears in my eyes... I was standing on a slippery hill in Montjuïc, holding onto a tree’s root, trying not to fall... Felt deeply connected to Mother Earth. And then… I saw colors I never knew existed. What a time to be alive… Still processing yesterday’s Cosmic Reset, I will never forget this day. ❤️‍🔥🌒🇪🇸 #solareclipse #spain #barcelona #sunset #montjuic by @deephousebarcelona

Deep textures, hypnotic grooves and soulful vocals carry subtle yet powerful messages about love, light and the universe, everything placed with purpose. The result is an endless flow of groove that feels almost spiritual if you allow yourself to go there.

Every time we listen to Death on the Balcony, we come back to the same thought: this is not just music, this is pure art. For those who have been following their journey, Mark Caramelli & Paul Hargreaves have been shaping a truly unique sound for over a decade. Fusing influences from disco to house and deep techno, their versatility allows them to adapt to any moment, space or feeling. Goosebumps. ✨ One of my all-time favorite artists, @djtennis , appears alongside @demi_riquisimo_ in the opening scene of @industryhbo Season 4, one of my all-time favorite series. 🎬📺 The scene captures a perfect fusion of music, storytelling, and pure escapism.

The episode introduces Hayley @kiernanshipka as she’s pulled into a nightclub, with Jim, Stranger Things’ star @charlie.r.heaton following close behind. As she dances beside the DJ booth, DJ Tennis and Demi Riquísimo emerge B2B, soundtracking the moment with New Order’s “True Faith”: a timeless track that marks the scene in both emotion and memory. It’s a subtle but powerful reminder of how much intention the creators, @mnadown and @konradmkay put into every detail, from casting to soundtrack. Industry thrives on contrast: the high-pressure world of finance, ambition, excess, and control merging with moments of release, chaos, and escape. Music becomes the bridge between these two worlds.

As a DJ and curator, scenes like this make me stop, watch, and feel art transcend mediums. I felt alive, grateful, and completely unfiltered when I recognised DJ Tennis and Demi Riquísimo on screen. Throughout the episodes, my heart kept racing. Every track, perfectly chosen, syncs with the performances and the story in a way that pulls you in completely. I wasn’t just watching, I was living it. That’s the power of a true cinematic experience, where music isn’t background noise but a character in its own right.

Deep respect to the creators of Industry for crafting a world where sound, ambition, and storytelling collide. Moments like this are why I fell in love with the series, and why I’ll always celebrate the artists shaping its sound. ❤️🔥

Artist of the Week: @yokoo_dj 🔥 Recorded live in Lisbon, YokoO’s exclusive mix captures his signature essence: incredible energy, cutting-edge electronic music, and impeccable, deeply intuitive mixing. Where soul-filled moments linger in artful sound imagery. This session embodies that magic, and somehow, YokoO still manages to surprise us once again. A new masterclass. A new journey. One that resists description because it’s meant to be felt. Words can only circle around it. What we know for sure, YokoO is an extraordinary talent, and an equally remarkable human being: made of electronic pulse, sensitivity, intelligence and emotion. 🔥 Our Stories: featuring the amazing French artist @yokoo_dj 🔥 YokoO’s session for @deephousebarcelona was recorded live in Lisbon, and from the very first track, you’re pulled straight into the pulse of the club. Hypnotic grooves unfold patiently: seductive, deep, guiding your senses through the subtle space where house and techno meet. Minimal yet rich, sometimes dark, sometimes emotionally charged, touched by lush vocals, yet always fuelled by the one element that defines YokoO: the groove.

This is the kind of music that makes you feel alive, on the dancefloor, and anywhere really. You let go. Your body moves before your mind catches up. Thoughts dissolve into rhythm, into release, into presence. Your heartbeat syncs to something deeper, something you can’t quite explain.

Over time, YokoO’s sound has matured into a seductive blend of deep, minimal, hypnotic house, guided not by trends, but by intuition. Like a mantra unfolding beat by beat, his music follows a meditative flow, unbound and free, deeply connected to nature and inner stillness, where every subtle detail matters. This philosophy extends beyond sound. Drawing inspiration from his yoga practice and the Yamas, YokoO channels his creative vision into his label @satyarecs , a project rooted in truth, surrender, and uncompromising artistic freedom, created to support artists who embrace creativity without expectation.

Are you ready to feel the pulse and let go? This is one you have to feel. Listen now and step inside the groove. ❤️ LINK IN BIO 🔗 by @deephousebarcelona
