So grateful for today. I facilitated one of my signature 90 minute offerings: Elemental Earth Connections at a beautiful sacred sanctuary.

We mindfully walked the labyrinth, releasing the old & calling in our intentions for the new season, immersed in the land with a grounding guided meditation, sank even deeper with somatic movement and hands on reiki to help restore balance to the nervous system. We closed with intentionally brewed organic herbal tea & integration journal prompts.

Thank you to those who joined me, allowing me to witness & honor you while we immersed ourselves in the land. The energy was potent, hearts were open and the land was breathing with us. A safe place to be still, a sacred space to come home to oneself and settle the nervous system ✨💗🌀

The universe is listening are you ready to surrender ✨

The past few weeks a lot has been coming up, this is me transmuting all that negative stagnant energy in real time.

Finding peace grounding and balance, becoming one with myself over and over again. Using my breath as my anchor and Mama Gaia as my guidance. Coming from a place of loving awareness for my past present & future self.

I am grateful for this life, I am grateful for this sacred land, I am grateful for my practice of self love & embodiment.

To give some reference, this video was near 7mins long, slow DEEP intentional breathing while listening to music, witnessing what comes up within my body, moving my body freely helps me transcend into my highest self while transmuting and processing that energy. This is one small snipbit of my practice.

Earth Rhythm and Star Frequency offering at @axis_longmeadow was a calming and blissful experience, its exactly what my heart & soul needed ✨

We danced, laughed, grounded down, and immersed ourselves in the aroma of fresh lavender, basil & rosemary from my garden planted with love and intention. Ended class with a guided meditation & journaling. I am so grateful to witness, hold and honor the beautiful souls that joined us. Thank you for trusting me 💗✨

Building community through photography is truly at the center of my business. I have always wanted to feel a part of a community and I decided, why not start one? 🌻

Group sessions have become such a favorite of mine, especially with women! We need to gather more, be creative together, root for each other, make time for whimsy. I don’t just want to share portraits from group sessions; I want to share how they ✨feel.✨

An accessible and deeply restorative public class designed to bridge the gap between mind and body.
