The Return: A Sacred Invitation to Practice Together Again

After a long, quiet season of pause—where my spirit dimmed and creativity felt frozen—the call has become clear. It’s time to return.
To the breath.
To the mat.
To teaching.
To home.

I come back not with the same fire, but with a deeper light:
Not to push, but to guide
Not to perform, but to hold space.
This new chapter is rooted in intention, not intensity.
In presence, not performance.

Let’s move away from chasing shapes and come back to why we practice. Each class will be a sacred blend of pranayama, mindful asana, prana nidra, and gentle meditation—a journey inward, back to your Self.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday 🙏
Limited to 10 souls per session to honor the depth of connection and presence.
Booking is essential.

For more details & to reserve your spot:
DM @harmony.rajasa or WhatsApp +62 852 9533 4005

Come as you are. The mat is waiting.
And so am I.

Deera kenapa?

🤣🤪 I’m good just on fire 🔥

A Tribute to Mia — The Heart Behind Adhyaksa Club 🤍🌿

Some places are more than just spaces. They become a part of our journey, our growth, and our hearts.

Adhyaksa Club is one of those special places.

Surrounded by nature, in a beautiful semi-outdoor sanctuary, this is where we shared our love for yoga, where we practiced, learned, laughed, and grew together. From our early yoga days to our teacher training journey, so many beautiful memories were created here.

And behind it all is Mia, the founder of Adhyaksa Club, whose vision and love brought this beautiful space to life.

Dear Mia,

Though you are no longer here with us, your beautiful legacy lives on in every corner of Adhyaksa Club, in every practice, every friendship, and every heart you have touched.

You may have left this world, but the space you created will always remind us of your love, kindness, and beautiful spirit.

Today’s practice is dedicated to you.

With endless love and gratitude.

Rest peacefully, dear Mia. Your light lives on. 🤍🕊️

Yoga on court? Why not?
You can practice yoga everywhere, even without mat 🙏

So, Yoga X Padel ? Approved ✅

Thank you @countryclub.id @geniesteviana for this opportunity to bring Yoga to court 🙏 🎾

See you again next session.
My apparel from @alo always make me confident 😍
