Time really does fly by when you’re having fun. I wouldn’t trade the blood, sweat, and tears this season for anything in the world. Through it all we remained focused on the ultimate goal, being the best dance team in the IFL 🥳. I’m so grateful for this group of women and organization. The growth and transformation within myself has been tremendous. This experience has been one for the books and I can’t wait to see what the future holds here for me.

GOD….IS ALL I CAN SAY !!! I’M SO GRATEFUL AND SPEECHLESS 🥲. HARD WORK AND CONSISTENCY PAYS OFF, AND YOU TRULY HAVE TO BELIEVE IT, EVEN WHEN THE JOURNEY IS NOT THE EASIEST. STAY DOWN. STAY COMMITTED. STAY TRUE TO YOU 🗣️. THANKFUL FOR THE GIFT OF DANCE AND MY JOURNEY SINCE THE AGE OF 5🙏🏾.

Grateful is an understatement🥲. I hit the big stage for the first time and I can say , I belong there ! I had a vision & it was fulfilled. The only way is up from here !

@kcarbon__ Thanks for allowing me to be one of your first dancers and choreograph part of your set. Thanks for your ambitious and creative mind. I had so much fun. You’re a dancer now 😂❤️. I’m one call away 🙏🏾.

🔥 Introducing Judge #2 — Deja D. 🔥

Deja D. is an award-winning dancer, choreographer, and director who began dancing at the age of four. She danced throughout high school, proudly performing with the Memphis Cowborettes, where she developed her signature majorette style and performance strength.

She went on to dance with the Texas Southern University Dance Company, and later performed with the Dallas All-Star Alumni Band for two years and going into her 3rd year. Deja was a dancer for the Frisco Fighters of the Indoor Football League. Her professional performance credits include working with artists such as GloRilla and K. Carbon, and she has choreographed for K. Carbon twice while also training under choreographer J.R. Taylor, who has choreographed for artists like Beyoncé and Brandy.

Deja is a Universal Dance Association award-winning performer, earning Best All-Around, Highest Score, Jump-Off Champion, and Hip-Hop Award honors.

My second Mother’s Day… wow. 🩵🥹

Last year I was just learning you, learning motherhood, learning how to balance it all. This year, I get to look at you and truly see how much love has grown between us. You’re not just my baby anymore — you’re my little best friend, my shadow, my purpose.

L3, being your mommy has been the most beautiful journey of my life. The way you laugh, the way you need me, the way you look for me in every room… it heals parts of me you’ll probably never even understand. You made me stronger, softer, and more determined than I’ve ever been.

Some days are exhausting, some days I question myself, but one thing I never question is how deeply I love you. Thank you for giving my life a whole new meaning, baby boy.

On April 20th, 2025 at 10:47 a.m., God blessed me with a beautiful, healthy baby boy. 💙

This past year has been nothing short of amazing, and I’m so grateful to be your mom. You’re my best friend, my heart, and my greatest blessing.

I never knew I could love someone the way I love you. You’ve truly made me a better person, and I thank you every day for choosing me to be your mom.

I pray nothing but the best over your life, baby boy. You deserve the world and more.
