From basement shows in the 90s to yesterday at @gardenampoc these old guys still got it.
I’m referring to @outspokenoc @strife_la Endpoint @robertclydepennington but also my NJ brothers from another mother Jim @paparazzo_pazzo and Pat “not on any social media” Resta who flew out for the show. 💪🤘🫶 by @defiginger

We recently hosted the amazing @carterfaith at SparkHouse in DTLA for her interview with @mikael.wood from the @latimes. The piece is out today. Come for the beautiful photos taken @mary.dtla by @alschaben , stay for an awesome interview! You’ll see why we’re big fans of Carter. She keeps it incredibly real.

Big thanks to @camlutz @rangemusic @mca and the uber talented @toferbrown for a great hang, and intimate show at the GRAMMY Museum too!

Happy Jar of Hearts Day! In honor of @christinaperri dropping the epic version of the song (with my boy @elmolovano on drums!) here’s a throwback to 2024 when @victoriaa.eberle sang it @palychoirs pops night! by @defiginger

Huge huge thank you to @lola_la_tattoo for your kindness in working with me on this. You’re a total pro and it’s perfect.

@refused dropped The Deadly Rhythm into @slayerbandofficial Raining Blood last night in LA for some banger within a banger inception type wizardry ⚡️ by @defiginger

Last year @refused lead screamer @dennislyxzen had a massive heart attack.

He fought his way back and last night they blew the roof directly off The Warfield in SF.

I’ll be running it back with them again tonight in LA.

Hug your people. Keep fighting. Listen to swedish men in tight pants. This is the way. I don’t make the rules. by @defiginger

Walking out of the @refused @qsnyc @slaughterhouse.la show @thewarfield to @hemoragesf crushing Market Street was the perfect way to cap off the evening. by @defiginger

I’m in for the @crossfit open again this year.

As @dymmel @cfpaloalto can attest, I could barely squat when we met in 2022. Now i’ve got low squats, high standards, and am ready for some fun in the open.
