THE ATRIUM // the ground floor of SparkHouse. By day: a cafe and long tables for working and connecting. By evening: the room turns. Bar opens, records come off the wall, DJs spin from the mezzanine above. California tile, walnut, open to the floor above. Built with taste and function in mind, and tuned to what music makers come here to create. by @sparkhouse.la

SparkHouse. A members club for music makers, opening soon in Downtown LA. A creative home built to amplify the full spectrum of the creative process. Recording studios, working lounges, programming, and real mentorship under one roof, inside an iconic Broadway building with a century of artist history in its walls. by @sparkhouse.la

THE STUDIOS // the top floor of SparkHouse.
Multiple studios, outfitted by people who actually use them. Tracking rooms with vocal booths, writing rooms, project studios. The rest of the floor: a fully wired performance and listening space. Sessions running side by side, all hours, all levels. The kind of floor where you might end up in a session you didn’t plan, with people you didn’t know you needed to meet.
Engineered in partnership with Sunset Audio Solutions, NCA, and STUDIO UNLTD. by @sparkhouse.la
