Take your eyes off yourself and plant then on the cross

Shame will freeze you to think you cant go back to the Lord because it just focuses on your short comings

But isnt that what Christ already died for??

He's heard you from the first time you asked and its bigger than your fasting and random detoxing

Its your heart - your quick fixes dont work because you're looking for the shortcut

Cheap bandaids and tips..

You can never learn how to "beat lust"

But you can become a master at fleeing

and learning how to control your flesh and the desires and urges it constantly prompts you to fulfill

You will find yourself time and time again in the same cycle of repeatedly trying and feeling like getting nowhere

You're usually the leader and for once you can feel like you hit a wall, theres a bit more left in the tank but you dont know how to tap into it by @define.louis

Traveling is the final boss - if you win on the road, you will win anywhere BUT..

The true test is your level of intention

SACRIFICES!

Booking a bnb instead of hotel to cook
Booking near a gym
Paying for groceries out of town
Meal prepping even while away

Its easy to "clock out" while traveling and vibing until you see the reflection and realized you vibed too hard
