I was thinking today, it might be nice to reintroduce myself.

👋 My name is Alexandra Dupuis, my friends call me Alex. I’ve spent my entire working history in the restaurant industry, primarily Palm Beach County. I started as a hostess at age 16 and grew to fall in love with the creativity of Craft Bartending. It became my biggest passion and wrote my way into leadership, branding, marketing, management and then purchasing. I was blessed with consulting work, then Corporate Resort Directorship - where I met my amazing husband, Jordan.

We opened our first beautiful restaurant @ravishoffocean almost three years ago. I was the opening bartender in 2019 there, and three years later I became an owner. Fast forward to July, 2025 and I can proudly share we have our second restaurant @pomonalwb ✨

Last year I started working @commercialkitchenstop learning how restaurant equipment works. I’m now a full time Account Manager by day that specializes in sales to Resorts, Country Clubs and custom design drawings for new restaurant build outs. I absolutely love helping other owners and operators with their projects and supply needs.

My biggest dream is to grow a restaurant group called @shift.hospitality ✨ The concept is focused on hands on ownership, branding and hospitality businesses formed and led by the people with passion for our industry. The people that have dedicated their careers to this work and still love it. The hostess, the busser, the line cook that all have a dream just like me. I want to create the platform for people to finally get their shot at entrepreneurship and make some lifelong connections along the way.

Guys… have you ever had a thought and brought it all the way to life? Mango Fest started as a cool idea that my friend @taylormorozova said we should do in Lake Worth. I fell in love and kinda ran with it 😂🫶

This concept has developed into something really special. It combines culture, art, music, community and diversity into one event that highlights the uniqueness of Downtown Lake Worth’s businesses all while giving back to some great charities. J Street turned out to be the perfect location for it and the city has been nothing but supportive every step of the way.

I’m so proud to be heading this up and can’t wait to keep adding layers as time continues. Crazy that it’s just over a month away 🥭
