Fall into Flow! New Collection drop 🤎💖

Thank you so much for all of your support with selling out my first release. My goal is not just to sell grip socks, but to inspire a movement that encourages you to trust yourself, find the confidence to do hard things, and lean into the parts of you that make you feel the most alive. ✨

If you missed the first drop, here’s your chance to join the movement.

Happy Wellness Wednesday, Family! ✨
Throwback to 2023 when @jamiethemotivator invited me on @2crowdedthepodcast 💚 The mantra I’m sharing sparked the beginning of Defining My Joy (DMJ), my personal movement to help others recognize that joy is ever-present within us. It’s a reminder to stay grounded in gratitude.

I’ve grown so much since this conversation and am proud of the person I’m still becoming. Thank you for allowing me to share my love and light with the world. 💚 by @definedbydevv

Someone asked me why I put “Flow” on the socks…

Flow is a lesson life keeps teaching us, but it’s also:
A way to get through hard moments.
A way to stay consistent
A way to trust yourself.
And for me, a way to find joy.

Tickets for the official FLOW Grip Sock Launch are live. 🤎💖

Join me at @helloelo.co on Saturday, October 17 from 11 AM to 12 PM for a Slow Flow Pilates Session. 🎁 Each guest will receive a pair of FLOW Grip Socks.

Tickets are available through the link in bio.

In strength. With grace.

Yesterday I got to dig into my dance bag a little and bring some ballet-inspired movement into sculpt. 🩰✨

This class had everything you love about Athletic Sculpt, with a little extra focus on lines, posture, graceful movement, balance, and stability.

I love finding new ways to help people feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy the process while doing it. 🤎

And of course…we had to do it in the Flow socks. 🧦✨
