Our studio was full of something bigger than a workout this weekend.

@fitnessforhope started with one class in honor of Justin Wall and grew into a movement for suicide prevention. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with us, and donated to the cause.

We kind of live for these stories...but we get it, summer gets busy with travel, kids, and everything in between.

Just a friendly reminder of our cancellation policy: Early Cancel (more than 6hrs before class): no charge!

Late Cancel (less than 6 hrs before class): $10 charge (you do not lose your credit)

No Show (no cancel + no show): $15 charge

We want to make sure that everyone who wants to be in class has a spot. We appreciate you being here 💙
