98 days to 40 🤍

I’m not going to pretend I woke up motivated today. My hips and back are sore, my sleep schedule is completely off, and my bed was calling my name.

But I got up and walked to the gym anyway.

I didn’t go to punish my body. I went because I love it. Some days self-care is a full routine, and some days it’s just showing up for yourself when you don’t feel like it. Then you reward yourself with a dip in the hot tub and a healthy meal. 😮‍💨🔥

That motivated feeling doesn’t always come first. Your feet can go first and the feeling catches up.

I’m praying that on the hard days YOU AND I have the strength to push through and the confidence to trust that what’s waiting on the other side of “hard” is so worth it 💯

The one who looks like they have it all figured out is usually the one nobody checks on. This is me checking on YOU!
Mental health is the foundation everything is built on. Your goals, your relationships, your business, your glow. All of it rises only as high as the mind that’s carrying it.
That’s why I created D’Fine YOU. Before the body, before the routines, before the success, a healthy, positive mindset comes first. And that means breaking up with the limiting beliefs somebody else handed you a long time ago.
Success at your highest capacity starts with loving yourself first. When you truly love yourself, you can pour into everyone else from a full cup. Without that, there’s nothing real to give.
Self-care is how that love shows up in real life. It’s the daily proof that you believe you’re worth taking care of. 🤍
God only made one of you. So this World Mental Health Day, take time to show yourself love with one act of self-care. Do it again tomorrow, and every day after that. Then watch how your life changes.

I thought I was attending into a welcome party…
I had no idea I was walking into the beginning of a new version of me. ✨

This was Night ONE of the Women & Wealth Conference💕

The energy. The women. The conversations. The reminder that sometimes your life doesn’t change because you learned something new… it changes because you finally see what’s possible for you🙌🏼🤑👀

I came to Fort Lauderdale ready for an experience.

I left with higher standards, bigger vision, and a completely different expectation for my life.

I recognized you because I used to be you. 👀

Today was Day One of She Transforms, a four-month intensive with world-renowned mentors. I didn’t join just to feel inspired. I joined to be challenged, held accountable, and transformed.
