@sounddecisions_atl begins a new monthly series celebrating Atlanta’s underground dance music culture.

Each third Saturday highlights a different corner of the city’s underground. Intimate rooms, thoughtful curation, and world-class sound that rewards deep listening as much as dancing.

Saturday, March 21 · @bloom__atl

Bloom is an Atlanta collective focused on deep selections and narrative-driven dance floors. Expect a journey moving through techno, house, electro, Italo, EBM, and other left-field sounds.

Over the past year, @commune_atl has quietly become one of Atlanta’s standout hi-fi listening rooms. For this edition, that same attention to sound meets the dancefloor.

Featuring

AJ Gatlin · @mountingpressureee · @defnshow

Titino · @bloom__atl · @mithra_records · @etat_records · @subsequent.london

TJ Coito · @bloom__atl

The night opens with a full listening experience: the tape heard in its mixed entirety, played directly from cassette through Bloom’s fully analog, tri-amped, finely tuned Altec A7 VOTT sound system, with curated visuals shaping an immersive journey.

Once the tape lands, the room shifts into a crate-driven narrative across techno, house, minimal, Italo, electro, dub, and left-field moods guided by passionate selectors deeply rooted in storytelling and mood building.

Bloom x Mounting Pressure present:

Onoffon (Siku, Ecolecua, B-side)

📍 @factors_collection | Saturday, July 5 | 6PM–Late

This Saturday, @bloom__atl and @mountingpressureee join forces for a full-sensory day-to-night experience at Factor’s, kicking off at 6PM with the Full Bloom Altec A7 rig, now paired with our new Skram sub build to fully activate the space.

We’re thrilled to host the Atlanta debut of Barcelona-based onoffon. Originally from Venezuela, José (aka @_onoffon) began his sonic journey in 2010 before relocating to Barcelona in 2017, where he became a resident at the legendary RED58 Club. Since then, he’s shaped a distinct path through thoughtful musical curation, collaborations with @madradiobarcelona , and ongoing projects like @ecolecua___ (focused on intimate, experimental tones) and b-side, a community-rooted outlet reconnecting sound with spirit.

Fresh off a set with Montreal’s Le Salon Daomé crew, onoffon brings his deep, raw storytelling and emotional range to Atlanta for the first time.

Joining him is a beautiful cast of locals:
@paintedwindow_ , @walkerbankson (waste management), @defnshow, @tj.coito , and @titomazzetta each offering up their own sonic narrative across the spectrum of underground sound. Expect rare cuts, contemporary gems, and forgotten treasures.
