Istanbul, what a gigantically diverse city. Vast and crowded, with over 20 million inhabitants and unbelievable traffic. Modern and traditional, all side by side. Skyscrapers, motorways and the smallest alleyways. The smell of spices and tea and a choice of everything, everywhere and at all times.

Ops, When landing, the plane took off again, a bit spooky. But extra tour and view on the gigantic Istanbul airport. 1 hour walk from the gate to baggage claim though 🙄 taken in Istanbul Türkiye by @dehoff_sabrina

So excited and touched by this new, beautiful book by Hilton Als about the recent Joan Didion exhibition at the Hammer Museum in LA. Showing her life, work and beautiful curated artworks from various artist who were connected and influenced by her writing.
The Holy water chapter relates so much to my recent work and first fine jewellery collection Water 01 I am just astonished. It just shows me again, we are not only drawn to things that reflect our current state, but they also appear in our lives at the right time.
Found it at my nice neighbors @doyoureadme_berlin when it just had arrived 30minutes before.

I am completely in love with my little lace collection.
Bought in Milano, dyed in black in Berlin, inserted in the new collection for one of a kind dresses and tops.
Process of a few month, trials and decisions.
