I enjoyed todays @roqbodyacademy workout!

My goal each session is to focus on the now, lift heavier than I did previously, and make each rep count!

Today my Monday started off sooooo off!

My husband encouraged me and told me those little moments don’t define my whole day. I took that one to the bank! There is power in our words and I choose life 🥰
