Part 2. 😂🤍

Well... @parrish_london started asking questions, and suddenly I was in therapy.

Turns out, my biggest lesson right now isn't learning how to love.

It's learning how to slow down my expectations long enough to let people reveal who they actually are.

Also... we're officially channeling our inner @mrs_savannahrj over here. 🤎✨

another weigh-in, another reminder that consistency really does add up.

i'm officially down 7.7lbs since my last weigh-in and 24.4lbs overall, and seeing that progress feels surreal.

for so long, i thought healing had to look dramatic to count. but the truth is, a lot of it has looked like showing up for myself on ordinary days, making better choices, and trusting the process even when the results felt slow.

i'm getting closer and closer to my goal weight, and i'm genuinely excited to see where this journey takes me.

more than anything, i'm proud of the person i've become along the way. because this was never just about losing weight...it was about gaining trust in myself again.🤍 by @dejaivu_
