Honored to be heading to Fort Lauderdale for No Limits 2026 with Chrisad this weekend!

As Eastside Dental Group, we’re taking the stage to open up the playbook that got us here.

How we grew to 350+ new patients a month.
How we built a 7-day-a-week practice.
The marketing that works because it’s true to who we are.

No gimmicks. Just real connection with the people we serve.

Healthcare is hospitality. See you in Fort Lauderdale. taken in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by @dejuanquaries

Through rain and sun, the first stop is done! ✅ Thanks to everybody who stopped by the EDG Mouthwash Bar last weekend at Georgia State's homecoming.

SpelHouse, you're up next this weekend! You've been waiting all year for this moment — don't shoot your shot with stinky breath. Pull up!

When you’re born, you look like your parents.
When you die, you look like your decisions.
So in the meantime, I hope it’s looking good!

Ideas are the easy part. We’ve all got plenty of them. Following through is the whole game though.

Everything we’re building — for our patients, and the community at large — started as a conversation just like this one. Then we decided to run the play.

The bar for healthcare is low. EDG doesn't accept that. Healthcare is hospitality — and that starts with who's in the room with you. Culture isn't a vibe check. It's a standard we hire to. Full sit-down on EDG TV. Link in bio. by @dejuanquaries

You don't know what you're walking into until you start peeling back the layers. We bought a shell. No patients. Just a space with working equipment and two dentists who believed they could build something. Every delay taught us something. Every unexpected cost sharpened us. This is what ownership really looks like. 🔗 Link in bio by @dejuanquaries

What would they do differently looking back on year one?

Dr. Stephens & Dr. Johnson sat down and got into all of it — the numbers 👀, the lessons, the strategy, and what's coming next for Eastside Dental Group.
