We’ve thoughtfully created this retreat as a chance for you to step away from the busyness and constant stimulation of everyday life: creating space to rest, reset, and reconnect. With time to unplug from screens and explore a more mindful relationship with your attention, we hope you’ll leave not only feeling refreshed, but with practical tools that continue to support you long after the weekend ends.

Between teaching classes, filming, and running around meeting you guys, my skin goes through a lot. To keep it fresh & radiant, I just focus on the basics: staying hydrated, moving daily, and never skipping sunscreen ✨_
