“Fighter”

This solo challenged me in ways I never expected. It pushed me outside my comfort zone, taught me to trust myself, and reminded me that growth comes from doing hard things. Every rehearsal, every correction, and every performance made me a stronger dancer and a stronger person. A special thank you to @linsgood519 for everything she’s done for me and this solo. Her choreography allowed me to explore a side of me I didn’t know existed. That sweet little girl disappeared everyone time I stepped on stage, revealing a new character. No matter the outcome, I’ll always be grateful for everything this dance taught me. 🖤 by @delaney._dances

Was inspired by @melina_thedancer to a minute and look back at videos from loc last year! It’s crazy to think about how much growth is possible in one year and how a new style of choreography can bring out an entirely different personality by @delaney._dances
