“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” Suicide and mental health have personally impacted my life in many ways. Losing a very special mentor to suicide, along with seeing many loved ones struggle with depression and mental health challenges, has driven me to advocate for awareness and speak openly about these issues. Over time, I’ve tried to find ways to honor his memory and continue standing for everything he believed in. As time passes, I’ve become more comfortable sharing my story in hopes of helping defeat the stigma surrounding mental health. The “988” featured on this clothing represents the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Anyone across the nation can dial or text those three numbers to receive immediate support from a trained professional 24/7. Sharing this number could truly save a life. I’m beyond thankful to announce my partnership with HOLO Brand — a lifestyle brand built around Hope and Love. Founded by Luc Swensson, HOLO aims to help young people believe there is hope despite any circumstance. I’m honored to partner with a brand that stands for something so meaningful and impactful. If you want to join the movement, feel free to DM me or check the link in my bio. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about my story. 🩷 Like Fitz always said: “Every day you have a choice. Take it one day at a time.” by @delaney9m
