Don’t be the buddy that cuts a dive short by running low on air. What’s the key to good air consumption? Slow rhythmic breathing and efficient buoyancy. The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course is a great way to learn good diving practices and start improving air consumption. DM us for more info!
