This summer in Las Vegas, Nevada, brothers Justin Diez, Charlie Lambert, Kyle Pollackov, and Ryan Atkins of the Delta Eta chapter achieved an incredible milestone earning our third consecutive Robert Adger Smyth Award, officially reaching Legacy Level Status. This marks our chapter’s third Smyth Award in 78 years and places us among the top Pike chapters worldwide, recognizing the top 10% of chapters out of 200+ across the country. As the year comes to an end, we would like to recap on some of the great experiences and success our chapter has had this past year:

- Annual Beach Weekend
- Intramural Flag Football Champions
- Special Olympic Basketball
- Brotherhood Pickleball Tournament
- Brotherhood BBQ
- Sean’s House
- Annual James Hahn Memorial 5k
- Roots that Remain tree planting fundraiser
- Annual Pike Express Philanthropy

This is just a glimpse of everything we’ve experienced over the past year. As we look ahead we look to grow, and continue with our goals. We hope everyone has a fun, and safe summer break. See you in the fall.

This week the brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha visited Sean’s House. We talked about various things all focused on mental health. All the brothers had a great time being able share moments like this with each other. Mental health matters, and it’s great to see places like this making an impact at UD. by @delawarepikes

Last Thursday, President Brady Walker and Vice President Kyle Pollackov represented the Delta Eta chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha at the Delaware State House during a panel hosted by the Delaware Legislative Women’s Caucus. They were invited by Representative Romer to discuss how our chapter is working to promote leadership, accountability, and respect among our members.

They spoke about initiatives on campus such as Blue Hens Care and upstander training, as well as the importance of building positive partnerships with sororities and other organizations. Opportunities like this allow our chapter to share how we are working to support the Blue Hen community while continuing to grow as leaders both on campus and beyond. by @delawarepikes
