Annoyed, dejected, frustrated and the decision last night has left me feeling more disillusioned with the business that is professional boxing. Nevertheless, I still give God all the glory and will always remain thankful. 🙏🏾❤️(1 Thessalonians 5:18)I’ve received alot of messages from so many people, all expressing that they believed I did more than enough to win and it was a clear robbery. I truly appreciate the support and every single message.However, the reality is the decision is final. The noise will fade, conversations will move on, and officially it will still go down as a loss.That’s the nature of the business we’re in. Boxing is a great sport, but it can also be a difficult, unfair, and at times shady business. I’ve experienced that side of it many times throughout my career.What I do know is this, for however long I have left in the sport (and I'm not sure how long that is) I will always carry myself with integrity, and I will never allow any result or the 'business' of pro boxing to take me away from who I am.I’m grateful regardless.Thank you to @eddiehearn @franksmith @matchroomboxing @daznboxing for the opportunity and the hospitality.To my family, my coaches @d.c.t_boxing_coach @articlerudeboydongargon4real @ekow.essuman , my sponsors, and everyone who continues to support me — thank you.
