No Trishelle and no margaritas (so the shirts didn’t work out) 🤣 BUT we got to meet the GOAT…my fave Challenger of all time, CT!!! Happy birthday to our grand finale! To the one that keeps us on our toes, while keeping us laughing every single day. Grief and pain.

Today marks 2 years to date since this beautiful soul of a human was tragically taken from us - his family, friends, and loved ones. I have never known a kinder, goofier, softer, more loving young man in my life…and that is the hand-to-the-sky truth. The trauma that this tragedy has left in the path of everyone that loved Anthony is deeper than most could ever imagine. We need to believe in the good that Anthony saw in this world. The good that we all believed in before June 4, 2023 and are trying so hard to hold on to, today. We need acknowledgment of what happened. We need justice. Please. 🙏🏼

We think about you and love you every single day, Ant, and we will keep your legacy of loving people and “doing good” in this world alive. It hurts, but you would tell us to push on and enjoy the moments with love and gratitude, so that’s exactly what I’ll do.

How do I feel so heavy, yet also so hollow,
A weight that drags, yet emptiness that follows?
A heart full of burden, yet bursting with strain,
An ache weighs me down. An endless pain.

My chest is a stone, my thoughts are blank,
I carry the world, nothing left in the tank.
As heavy as a rock, that you’d just walk by
But as hollow as a balloon, floating in the sky.

I hold onto memories, yet let them slip free,
A false escape, to let my mind “be”.
I ache in the quiet, I scream in the dark,
A weightless burden, a broken heart.

How can I be lost, and yet stuck in this place?
Heavy with nothing, hollow with space.
Confused with grief, too tangled to unwind,

Never got to do a Mother’s Day post on here, but it’s never too late. Crazy lucky to have my three favorite kids in the world happen to be my own. Also crazy lucky to have a wife that’s an incredible mom to our kids AND an amazing mom myself. I spent the day at the spa getting a pedicure, then went to the “spa” that Caden set up for me in our living room. Couldn’t love these kids more. 🙏🏼 grateful for all of our health and time spent together 💙💙💙 by @delcomare235
