Omakase in China leagues cheaper than tor*nto omakase 😋 and they don’t skimp on sea urchin..

most novel dish (not pictured) is where they covered a piece of tuna nigiri with goose liver shavings. The block is shaved to a consistency where it melts in your mouth, and the texture+gamey liver taste isn’t overwhelming.. kinda like a garnish

Full day of beautiful food situated in the middle of nowhere with other ben 😁
Bone marrow + beef tartare was rlly insane and probably the best thing I’ve had in the past 4 months.. octopus extremely tender too!
