“PWR means being able to be yourself in any environment.” — @kamzworld 🗣️

We created PWR Racing to empower women to take on the "hard things"—both on and off the bike. In this mini-documentary feature produced by @theworthyhour @angelcitybusinesslab, our leadership team dives into the origins of our mission: Passion, Work, and Respect.

Whether you’re a racer or a supporter, there’s a spot for you at our tent, the PWR House. Subscribe to our YouTube Channel to see what we're building and follow our journey. 🎥

It started with a spark. A realization that we weren’t done yet.

The reason for this team is simple: To capture that moment when the spark ignites. When a woman looks at a wall, pushes through, and realizes her own strength.

It’s the sheer will to face a challenge you think you cannot conquer. It’s the repetition that turns "impossible" into "done." It’s the inner power that unlocks when you finally believe.

It’s not just about the result. It’s about the transformation.

We chase that singular, critical moment when a challenge looks devastatingly hard. The moment you think you can’t conquer it—until you do.

PWR isn’t just a name; it’s our blueprint.
Passion. Work. Respect.

We built this team to bridge the gap between group rides and women’s competitive cycling, creating a unified space where diverse talent is cultivated. Our responsibility extends beyond racing, with a commitment to strengthening the cycling community.

Because we don’t just participate. We train to win and have fun doing it.

Meet the architects of PWR.
Watch us work.

WHAT. A. START!

🏆 PWR Racing Kicks Off the Season with Podium Power! 💖💙

We are absolutely buzzing from an incredible performance at the California Bicycle Racing (CBR) Series Opener for our Women’s CAT 4/5 Masters 35+ squad! This team came, they saw, and they absolutely dominated.

A HUGE congratulations to the entire team—Minerva Campos, Cassady Davidson, Melanie Liu, Ivory MacCracken, and especially our incredible Ayodele Gomih who powered her way to a phenomenal 2ND PLACE PODIUM FINISH! 🥈🎉

This is more than just a win; it’s a statement. It’s the culmination of hard work, dedication, and the unbreakable spirit of PWR Racing. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to ignite the 2026 season!

The energy on the course was electric, and our PWR women left it all out there. This is just the beginning!

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to cheer, and to our PWR House Supporters for fueling this fire. Your support gets us to the start line! A special thank you to our sponsor, Davidson Bike Law, for standing behind the trailblazers of women’s cycling and helping us power through every mile. We don’t just race—we race together.
Let’s keep this momentum rolling! 🔥
