When you invest heavily in your own mind, your ability to read people instantly levels up. You stop looking at the surface and start identifying the exact traits that dictate whether someone will actually last. I know I have the blueprints to take someone from ground zero to an 800 credit score and $100,000 in funding, but absolutely none of that matters if they refuse to listen and execute.

You have to stop giving the wrong people the benefit of the doubt. When you spend your time in the literal sense with people who operate on a completely different wavelength or IQ level, you actively drain your own leverage. Stop ignoring the obvious red flags just because you think you have chemistry with someone. You need to ruthlessly curate your circle and only get around operators who reflect exactly what you want to see when you look in the mirror. 📈
