I am pleased to announce the opening of IN THE ROUND. IN THE ROUND will be the final exhibition at Clubland before the project goes on hiatus while I am at Bard for my the second summer of my MFA. The show will be both a presentation of my work and a celebration of the Clubland project including all the artists, visitors, collaborators, and friends who have made this space into what it has become. In the spirit of Clubland this will be less of a traditional opening and more of an invitation to linger and socialize.

IN THE ROUND is a sculptural installation by Delia Cadman exploring illegibility and opacity as vehicles of eroticism, failure and rupture. Drawing on urban remains, theatrical ruin, and immaterial trace, the installation stages incoherence, approaching collapse through interpenetration, association, gravity, absence and risk. Collapse is reframed not as an end but as a condition foundational for intimacy, and beyond intimacy, gnosis.
