Ending 🇿🇦Heritage Month by sharing the flavours of South Africa with our Americans guests at Buffalo Thorn Lodge, Pilanesberg . I had the privilege of sharing the flavours and stories of South Africa with our American guests at Buffalo Thorn Lodge, Pilanesberg. Through a hands-on private cooking experience, guests prepared and presented their dishes, learning the heritage and origins behind every recipe and gaining the confidence to share these stories at their own dinner table.

Lunch Tasting Menu-
From harvest-to-table vegetables with roasted red pepper dip, chakalaka crostini, chicken liver pâté crostini, mini vetkoek and mince curry.

Private Cooking Lesson South African Dinner Menu:
