First place win 🥇🏆
Second time competing at PSO @polesportorg
Level 3 Sensual
Trained for this in 8weeks. Prob won't do that again. More time is best. I moved too fast in the beginning and didn't do the open flare as I wanted. Luckily, sensual didn't require many tricks.
● Going to keep working on the Open Flare to Ballerina that my favorite coach showed me @phishpoleria
● Some of the chairwork was from @tejithiara

☆ Pole dance teachers @foxyashleyfox and @therealmellyb helped with the choreography, tricks, musicality, outfits, makeup, and EVERYTHING! 👌🏾
Next competition will be trick heavy🤞🏾💪🏾

Birthday celebration for a beautiful woman and last day of Salsa dancing at Domino Park
🥳💃🏽
Took the NYC ferry for the first time today. People say it's beautiful. I say it's scary 😳😬 too fast, dark, and windy. Thought I was going to fly off the boat.

Salsa at Domino Park. My salsa skills are improving. Can't tell from the video. But in my head, I sense they are improving 😏

We have shirts for our outings now! #teamyvana

I think this was the last day I had classes at the 34th street studio @foxyfitnessandpole
With @gordonlebeouf and @sal.vicious
Definitely a fun sexy day!

Now I'm only doing the NJ workshops at Foxy's for the July competition 🤞🏾😬 trying to stay focused.
