While doing my hair today i realized all of my styling products are black owned. 10 days of silence, over 10+ hours of meditation a day. No journaling or way to document was allowed. No phones or talking. We ate, walked, rested, slept and meditated. The quality time I spent with me created depth I didn’t know was possible.Self love is acceptance. Self love is loving everyone. Fall in love with yourself, you’re worth it. 💕1.My auntie came to visit me and we spent the day in Malibu. I’m lucky to have multiple moms to raise me. My Auntie Yodit is so special to me. Thank you for coming ily. 2. Lox from @laylabagels yum 3. Matcha from @alfred 4. Sadé and the beach 5. So blessed that nothing happened to me driving 70mph on the highway and got this in my tire. Flat within minutes. Thank you God for protecting me 6. Flowers on my morning walk. 7. @alexayodele_ put me on to this perfect aminos. My energy is so good I’m so grateful. Warning the taste is not for the weak. The effect is still worth it. On day 78. Cousin Luna surprised me and said I see your DOT! We got coffee and breakfast that morning. The best! 💕9.
