🍰 Cake has always been something I love, not just on birthdays or special occasions.

That's why I set out to create more fruit-forward, wholesome cakes using real fruit and thoughtful ingredient choices.

Every recipe is researched, tested and refined through plenty of trial and error to create familiar favourites with natural sweetness, layers of flavour and soft, tender crumbs.

Who says cake should only be an occasional treat?

Delish by ADE is a little home bakery business. A working mum to two young boys wanted to create cakes her family using more wholesome ingredients and less refined sugar. Taking much-loved classic cake favourites giving them a delicious fruity twist, creating treats that are full of flavour without compromising on the joy of eating cake.

A little kitchen experiment that didn't go to plan 🍊

I tried to make wholesome orange rock cakes for the family. Swapped a few ingredients, made it "healthier" and accidentally turned them into something else.

The mistake with the butter made them softer, lighter and honestly so good. A win with the family 👬

Some mistakes are worth repeating 😁
