Tadaaaaaa-Easiest most delizious side dish! Corn 🌽 Casserole.. Always the first to get gobbled up. 1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 Stick of melted butter. 1 15 oz. Can of creamed corn 1 15 oz. Can of drained whole kernel corn) 1 Cup of Sour Cream 1 Egg. Sweet and Savory is such a great combo. The Jiffy corn muffin mix is just sweet enough and the sour cream keeps everything rich and moist. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. In large bowl, whisk together the corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter and egg. Stir in corn muffin mix. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes until top is golden brown.Let the casserole sit for 10 minutes. Feel free to double the recipe for your large family gathering.. Enjoy!!
