BDE!! (best dinner ever, but for serious probaably top 5) omakase and yellowtail crudo

omakase so gorgeous

lychee spritz, lychee martini, some sort of elderflower and fruity gin spritz, and a dirt G!

shrimp shumai and duck wraps

tuna crispy rice and salmon crispy rice not pictured not my fav

kiddie and moms spicy salmon, yummy yummy and out of control

my hamachi roll i think this was the best roll ive had in my life tbh and it had a green sauce it was so good

each tried a toro sashimi super yum

more yom but things i made cant wait to have a kitchen next year!! and get loot from the farmers market
1- brekky w homeade hollondaise it was fine i need to figure out how to make it not lemony or acidic of that sort if anyone has tips lmk
2-sweet potato fries there was some trial and error figured out u have to boil them first then fry
3- more brekky i had this like evry day fresh eggs cooked in tj chili crisp oil
4- the product
5-smashburgers w the sweet potato fries i made a yummy sauce icl only lettuce wrapped bc there wasn’t rly anything else but super good
6- just bacon bro
7- banana bread syrup for coffees that kenna glazed was good wish a little more concentrated tho will be making more super easy but it all went within like 5 days a whole mason jar of it
8-the gorgeous fresh eggs wow so beautiful
9- the start to my spinach artichoke dip was super yom and lowkey easy
10- chicken cutlets i made also trialed w mixing panko and reg breadcrumbs it was also like 10:30 and they all went as well that night being the night before i left
11- the spinach artichoke dip that was gobbled up for illinois game watch party
12- crostinis for dip
13- more bacon ig
14- espresso martinis
15- cookie skillet w ice cream
16/17- smash burgers in action
18-chicken cutlets in action and spin looking like a loser
19- sweet potato so good so syrupy was in the oven for hours after cooked much better than my microwave potato’s at school
20- cute blue egg i made for my sis while she poses starkly in the background and spin
that’s it hope u enjoy, sad to leave but looking forward to lots of cooking in the summer by @dellyummy

yommm best part of going home ok besides the people is the food so this is what i ate while OUT therefore i did not craft though sure did indulge
1- marketplace crispy rice w tuna they totally have skimped they used to be double the size but i could prob eat like eight of these plates also gotta make one day bc seems pretty simple
2- the corner breakfast empanada i can’t go home and not have it my single fav resteraunt dish ever yommmm
3-ryebird in ffld never even heard of it it wasn’t too shabby just a chicken sandwhich
4- celebratory little barn run after duke game philly cheesesteak, never sells
6-also marketplace happy hour chicken ceaser salad
7- colony they burnt it twice but we got some free za it’s ok
8- the start to a couple plates for easter buffet at the hyatt the sushi was my fav i think and the eggs benny i replaced the ham w smoked salmon bc i hate ham it was good
9- more sushi, zuchinni, beets, oyster
10-omelette, fruit, french toast
11- pronto buff chick wrap not a very good pic but wow too good every time missed my friends tho
12- also random pic but best coffee ever like ever hazelnut oat latte from chefs table

dumping things from home bc i miss real food this would be everything i did not partake in crafting though fueled me in a beautiful way and were DELISHHHH.
