My parents Alejandro and Esperanza Arreola and I know that it is in good hands. We look forward to continuing eating, enjoying art, celebrating our culture, and building a community together. Years of experience, love, & hard work have brought me something I never thought I would ever have — something I’ve grown so much love and passion for has finally become a reality. I could’ve never imagined this when I was 19. Yet here we are, with the machine of my dreams — and all I hope to do is serve you excellence in both food and beverage.

I had the greatest pleasure of organizing an event in collaboration with our local @girlsincsb & @girlsinc.carp . As an alumna of Girls Inc. Ortega, I felt a desire to use my resources to create a meaningful career workshop. I was able to gather a remarkable group of empowered women who generously dedicated a few hours from their busy schedules to serve as advocates for the teens.

Our purpose was not only to show the possibilities that lie ahead for these young women but also to emphasize the importance of the friendships they are creating , which can last a lifetime. We aimed to show that, as women, anything is possible when supported by a network of friends, and that collaboration should replace competition.

We hope that we were able to inspire them by framing a vision of their future while also nurturing our inner child and participating in an experience we wish we had encountered as young girls.
