Tammie’s words about this day:

“I wish more people understood that a ceremony like this isn’t about having less of something. If anything, for us, stripping away everything we didn’t need allowed us to experience more.

There was nothing performative about it. There wasn’t a list of things we had to do because the world told us that’s what a wedding is supposed to include. There was no audience to entertain and no expectation to fulfill.

When you remove all of that, you get down to something incredibly basic and human: two people standing completely present with one another and choosing to join their lives together.

And there was something almost primal about that to me. Bare feet on the earth. Water. Smoke. Nature. Touch. Sound. Breath. Energy. Two human beings standing beside each other and saying, I choose you. Sneak peek cenote wedding - Today was more than I could have of imagined..it was the most beautiful feeling I’ve ever felt in my life. It felt bigger and deeper than anything we could have thought of feel like it was a real blessing and an activation, and so exactly what we wanted and so much more. How fitting that I’m sharing some of my favorite photos two months to the exact day after our vow renewal. These images are more than just pictures — they hold a piece of our story, our love, and everything we’ve fought through to get here. Take me back!!

Some moments in life feel almost impossible to put into words… and Matt from Del Sol Photography somehow captured every single emotion of this magical day.

After everything we had been through, this vow renewal wasn’t just a celebration of our marriage — it was a celebration of love, resilience, and choosing each other all over again. It was a reminder of the vows we made, the hard moments we survived, and the beautiful life we are still building together.

Matt didn’t just take photos — he captured the feelings, the little moments, the laughter, the tears, and the love that surrounded us. He gave us a way to relive one of the most meaningful days of our lives forever.
