Meet Nola Jones!
📍 Montgomery, NY
📚 Sport Management & Financial Planning
Jump Seat

Nola chose DSU because the team made her feel welcomed from the moment she stepped on campus: the coaches, the girls, the whole environment felt like home. She’s a huge Buffalo Bills fan, loves a Dunkalatte and Goldfish, and is aiming to earn Dean’s List and score points for DSU this season.

Her favorite show memory? Early‑morning rides on her horse at shows.
Dream ride? Snowman.
Her favorite part of riding is the friendships she’s made through showing. 🩵❤️ by @delstateequestrian

Meet Daicey Richardson!
📍 Mattapoisett, MA
📚 Agriculture (Animal Science)
Jump Seat

Daicey chose DSU for the supportive team, incredible coaches, and the good energy that made campus feel like the right place to grow. She rowed varsity Crew all four years of high school, keeps Redbull and sour candy close, and is aiming to connect with the team, work hard, and have fun this season.

Her favorite show memory? Competing in a pairs derby with her best friend.
Dream ride? United Touch S.
Her favorite part of riding is learning something new from every horse, every time she hits the saddle. 🩵❤️ by @delstateequestrian

Meet Olivia Vlahakis!
📍 Westport, CT
📚 Nursing
Jump Seat

Olivia chose DSU for the team atmosphere — a place where everyone has each other’s backs and it instantly felt like a second home. She has a dog named Moss, fuels up with a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso (with Brown Sugar Cream Cold Foam, of course), and loves Trader Joe’s Takis.

Her favorite show memory? Jumping small cross‑country fences in a Kentucky field on an off day.
Dream ride? United Touch S.
Her favorite part of riding is the animals themselves and how being in the saddle lets her take a breath from everything else. 🩵❤️ by @delstateequestrian

Meet Dakota Coughlan!
📍 Oxford, PA

Dakota chose DSU for the welcoming team environment and the comfort of being close to home. She’s an EMT, loves any kind of Drizzilicious snack, and is focused on adapting to the team atmosphere while balancing schoolwork and riding.

Her favorite show memory? Competing at the Devon Horse Show for the first time.
Dream ride? United Touch S.
Her favorite part of riding is being part of each horse’s journey — especially those long summer days at the barn. ❤️💙 by @delstateequestrian
