Have you ever shared a meal with a stranger? 🤔

We get it, it’s hard meeting new people these days 😣 Whether we’re too busy hustlin 🏃🏻‍♀️ too overstimulated by the nightlife scene 🍻 or just chronically online 🤳🏻 sometimes making new friends feels like an impossible task.

That’s why we started Deluxe Queer, a pop-up dinner club 🍽️ to create a designated space for Queer folx to not only meet one another 🤝 but to also encourage each other to be our most authentic selves 💌 We are a dinner party but, first and foremost, we are a community space that celebrates the beauty of being Queer 🏳️‍🌈 (Plus you get a delicious multi-course meal 😋)

1. Dinner Party Trio: scallion milk bread, pigs in a blanket with tomato deviled eggs, and cumin potato cakes.

2. BLT Salad: You Tiao croutons with Lap Cheong and a soy black vinegar vinaigrette.

3. Shrimp and Grits: teochew style rice porridge with a tomato ketchup, shrimp and chard aromatics with corn.

4. Peach Cobbler: baked tapioca pudding with roasted peaches.

Fine dining should be accessible for everyone and for our queer community, it’s the forefront of what we do. If your dietary restriction has kept you from coming to a Deluxe Queer dinner, we don’t want you to hesitate, we do our best to substitute, change, or swap ingredients to meet your needs. 🍛🍣🍳🍮

“So how does that work?” Great question, once you purchase your ticket via our newsletter, we send out. You can reply back to that email or email us at deluxequeer@gmail.com and let us know what you can and cannot have in your meal*.

*disclaimer: we will let you know as soon as possible if the meal cannot be adjusted for whatever reason. And we will make reasonable accommodations to either refund or reserve your seat for a future dinner. This rarely happens, but we do like to let everyone know just in case.
