Happy 2026.

Kicking off the year with a clear focus on execution.

Over the past few years, a lot of groundwork has been laid across business, media, and partnerships. This year is about strengthening the systems behind that work, deepening the right relationships, and continuing to build in a way that’s sustainable and intentional.

Less noise. Better systems. Real growth.

Grateful for the clients, partners, and collaborators who are building alongside me. Looking forward to what we continue to execute together this year.

Honored. Grateful. Inspired.

I’m truly humbled to be recognized in the @baltimorebizjournal (Vol. 44) as one of the 2025 Rising Stars under 40, in partnership with @livingclassroomsfoundation .

This recognition is more than an acknowledgment, it’s a reflection of the faith, purpose, consistency, and community impact that fuel my work. From growing @delloflixllc into a creative hub for brands and influencers, to expanding opportunities through @lafamiliasoundstage , and bridging innovation and investment through @harkcapital ., every project has been about creating meaningful change.

Being named a Rising Star is a reminder of why I started to empower others, uplift creativity, and give back. I’m proud to continue supporting the Living Classrooms Foundation and the important work they do for youth and communities throughout Baltimore.

Thank you to the @baltimorebizjournal and @livingclassroomsfoundation for this incredible honor, and to everyone who’s been part of the journey.

Here’s to continuing to imagine, design, and influence what’s next.

When we came back from our first trip to South Korea back in March 2026, I posted a recap of the journey. I took it down shortly after to handle some internal challenges and step away from former counterparties who did not align with our values and standards. Protecting our business, our clients, and our project vision came first.

This past year brought some of the hardest challenges I have ever faced, but we got through it. I am putting these photos back up today because the hard work we put in was real. We literally had meetings stacked every single day of the week on that trip, running from high level boardroom sessions to site evaluations, while still taking a moment to experience historic Jeonju. The long flights, late nights, and ground level execution represent real experience and sweat equity that no one can take away.

Since that initial March 2026 visit, our team has completed several additional trips back to South Korea as we work around the clock to finalize our flagship cyber resiliency.

Working around high security systems and critical infrastructure means discretion is non-negotiable. You will see blurred faces throughout these photos to keep protocols tight and ensure unaffiliated parties are not wrongly associated with our work. I even blurred my own team members too, just so there is no question about who the real star of the trip was.

A few highlights from that initial March trip:

- Strategy sessions with a former Director General for National Land - - - Development and government advisors on state infrastructure.
- A private dinner over a traditional King's meal.
- Meetings with high ranking military generals at an exclusive venue where cameras were strictly off limits.
- Site inspections and technical briefings with project chairmen on data center developments.
- Alignment discussions with executive teams at national real estate investment trusts and heavy manufacturing groups.

This experience taught us invaluable lessons on vetting, patience, and resilience. We are locked in to finish what we started, and we will be sharing an official press release on our finalized partnerships very soon. by @delvaughnrooks

Life really be lifing y'all!

It's going on almost seven years for this endeavor and what I've learned is that entrepreneurship comes with delays, missed targets and many real moments of frustration. But pushing through the discomfort when your goals and timeline falls apart is what makes the growth real.

I'm constantly being tested. I'm constantly being molded. I'm constantly being refined.

However, there's significant value in this experience and I'm grateful...

Had an amazing time at the @livingclassroomsfoundation Legacy Award Luncheon. Great food, inspiring speakers, and meaningful conversations that remind me why this work matters.

It was a powerful hearing from Kyius at Crossroads School and connecting with leaders like Kevin Plank as @underarmour approaches its thirtieth anniversary. Moments like this show how much potential Baltimore has and how important it is to keep building for the next generation.

💗 It’s a GIRL.

Grateful for the love, the energy, and this next chapter as we prepare to welcome our daughter. by @delvaughnrooks

I’ve been sitting on these photos from Alumni Day (4/16). Returning wasn't just a trip down memory lane, it was a reminder of the massive amount of talent that comes out of Digital Harbor High School. It was an honor catching up with faculty like Ms. Veltre and Mr. Aklog, and reconnecting with friends like Lucas Olivera and so many others. Seeing so many successful professionals, all of whom started in these same classrooms, returning at once shows the real strength of our alumni network.

Beyond the networking, the highlight was stepping into the classrooms to speak directly with the students. Seeing their ambition firsthand reinforces why our alumni network must stay engaged. We aren't just "giving back", we’re working together to make sure these students have every resource and opportunity possible.

The school has leveled up since my time. Check these out:

Financial Literacy: They’re teaching the kids how to handle money and understand the game early. That’s a life skill that changes trajectories.

911 Dispatch Courses: Students are getting certified for real, high-stakes career paths before they even graduate.

The Barbershop: They actually have a full-service barbershop now. Students can book an appointment for a free, fresh cut. lol... I love that. When you look good, you feel good, and you perform better.

The goal for this year is to keep this momentum going. We’re looking at some big collaborations to provide even more resources and mentorship to the students at DHHS. Where you start is just the beginning. It’s the people you meet along the way that help you build the bridge to where you’re going.
