On the 18th of December, we’re hosting a Somatic Wisdom workshop with talented facilitator Mathieu Van Driessche. 🥰

Over three hours, we’ll explore the foundations of the Wheel of Consent, opening the door to deeper awareness of our own boundaries, desires and ways of connecting with others. Through playful, intimate and embodied exercises, you’ll get to discover what feels good, practise communicating your yes and no, and explore the beauty of giving and receiving with more presence.

✨ New to this world? You’re in the right place. This workshop is designed for beginners and for those who would love to revisit the basics, build confidence and feel more at ease before joining our bigger Sanktum gatherings, including our next event on 13 February 2027.

Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and give yourself permission to explore at your own pace. No experience needed, just a willingness to feel, discover and connect. ❤️

⚡ Only 12 spots left before the group is complete!

Voor wie zin heeft in meer verbinding!

✨S A N K T U M✨

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we’re welcoming new facilitators for the workshop slot on 27 September before we continue with the free flow temple night ❤️ We’re happy to announce that Mark & Eva will be hosting this part of the evening.

Together, we’ll explore:

How do you feel what is right for you?
How do you recognise your full yes?
How do you notice when something is a no or a maybe?
How can you become more aware of the signals of another person?
And how do you create space where both people can genuinely feel and express what is right for them?

A beautiful way to slow down, connect, and become more aware of yourself and the people around you.

And from there… we let the evening unfold. ✨

A chance to mingle, feel into each other’s energy and explore conscious connection. We can’t wait to share this experience with you. 🤍

LAST 7 TICKETS available for women. Then the group is complete 🥰

😊 by @demareteva
