Running your FIRST EVER Black Friday sale? 👀🛍️ Here’s my advice… DON’T OVERCOMPLICATE IT! There’s so much pressure to go BIG for BFCM. Huge discounts, massive ad budgets, weeks of promotions… but you don’t need to do all of that! If you’re a newer ecommerce brand, start simple 👇 🎁 Test a compelling BFCM bundle instead of discounting your entire store. 💰 Protect your margins and stick to a budget you’re comfortable with. 📊 Pay attention to what sells, what creative works and how your customers respond. Your first Black Friday is just as much about LEARNING as it is about SELLING! Find your feet, test the waters and give yourself something to build on next major sale. Your first Black Friday doesn’t need to be your biggest. It just needs to be your starting point! 🚀 And if you need some guidance along the way, that’s exactly what we’re helping founders with inside LIFTOFF! 💛 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
STOP showing everyone the same Black Friday ads! 👀 Someone discovering your brand for the first time and someone who’s been eyeing off your bestseller for weeks are NOT the same customer. So why are we speaking to them the same way? Here’s the difference 👇 🔥 TOP OF FUNNEL — SELL THE PRODUCT These people don’t know you yet! Show them the problem you solve, why they need your product and what makes it different. THEN introduce your sale offer. 👀 MIDDLE OF FUNNEL — BUILD CONFIDENCE They already know you, but might need another reason to buy. Think reviews, social proof, objection handling and genuine last-chance messaging. Same product. Same sale. Two VERY different conversations. And that’s exactly what we’re helping founders nail inside LIFTOFF! 🚀 #TheRoadTo30K by @demiecommerceequation

My official title is Ecommerce Coach… but honestly, I’m your business bestie. 💅🚀 The one who’s going to tell you to STOP touching your Meta Ads after one bad day. 😂 The one who’s going to ask you “what does the data say?” approximately 400 times a week. The one who’s going to help you figure out why your website isn’t converting, what to focus on next and how to actually GROW your brand. And you better believe I’m going to be your BIGGEST cheerleader when you hit that first $1K day, $10K month or smash a goal you’ve been chasing. 🥹 Because building an ecommerce business is hard enough. You shouldn’t have to figure it all out alone. And that’s exactly what we’re about inside LIFTOFF 💛 Real ecommerce coaches, daily live group coaching, practical advice and a whole community of founders who just GET IT. We’re here for the questions, the challenges, the wins and everything in between. Your final 48 hours of Black Friday could be your BIGGEST sales opportunity… but have you actually planned for them? 👀 So many ecommerce founders put ALL their energy into launching their sale, but forget to plan how they’re going to finish it. And trust me, you don’t want to be scrambling on the final day. 😂 Your final 48 hours shouldn’t be an afterthought. They should be part of your strategy from DAY ONE. And this is exactly the kind of planning I’m helping ecommerce founders with inside LIFTOFF. 🚀 From your offer and creative to budgets and sale strategy, we’re helping founders head into BFCM with a plan, not just crossed fingers. Want support getting your strategy right? Come join us! #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
The WRONG advice could cost you BIG this Black Friday. 👀 Right now, EVERYONE has an opinion on how you should run your BFCM sale. → Offer the biggest discount possible! → Double your Meta ad spend! → Copy what the big brands are doing! But here’s the thing… What’s working for another ecommerce brand might be completely WRONG for yours. Different margins. Different customers. Different budgets. Different goals. Your BFCM strategy should be built around YOUR business, not what everyone else is doing. 🚀 And that’s exactly what we’re covering in our BFCM workshop this Wednesday! We’re breaking down how to build a profitable Black Friday sale, from nailing your offer and ad budgets to creative, campaign strategy and making every dollar work harder. Last chance to secure your spot! Let’s make this your smartest Black Friday yet. 🔥 👉 Link in bio to join us! #TheRoadTo30K by @demiecommerceequation
Stop asking yourself “What should I do next?” 👀 What new product should I launch? What new campaign should I run? What new strategy should I try? Sound familiar? 😂 One of the biggest things I see ecommerce founders do is constantly chase the NEXT thing, when there’s often so much opportunity sitting right in front of them. Before you add something new, ask yourself: → What’s my bestseller? Am I doing enough to promote it? → What’s my best-performing creative Have I made more versions of it? → What’s my strongest offer? How can I use what I’ve learnt from it again? → Where are my customers coming from Am I putting enough energy into the channels already bringing me sales? Sometimes the biggest growth opportunities aren’t found in doing something NEW. They’re found in understanding what’s already working and doing MORE of it. And if you’re building towards your first consistent $30K months, that’s exactly what I teach inside of LIFTOFF. I’ll help you to understand your numbers, find your opportunities and focus on what will actually move your brand forward. 🚀 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
Can we take a minute to celebrate some of the wins happening inside our LIFTOFF community?! 🥹🚀 From first sales and $1K days to record-breaking months, profitable growth and brands hitting milestones they once only dreamed about. And the best part? These wins aren’t happening because of some magic hack. They’re happening because founders are showing up, understanding their numbers, testing, learning and putting in the work. 👏 Whether you’ve just made your first sale or hit your biggest month yet, every single win deserves celebrating. And if you’re watching this thinking, “I want my screenshot to be up there next”… 👀 That’s exactly what we’re here to help you achieve inside LIFTOFF! Through our LIFTOFF program, we’re helping ecommerce founders build strong foundations, understand their numbers and work towards their first consistent $30K months. Because growth doesn’t have to be a guessing game. So proud of this community. Keep sharing those wins…. big AND small! 💛 Your win could be next 🚀 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
One green day is NOT a scaling strategy. 👀 I know the feeling! Meta has a huge day, sales are flying and suddenly you’re ready to throw more budget at it. 😂 But before you scale, zoom out. → Was the day actually profitable? → Is your MER still healthy? → Has performance been consistent, or was this one spike? → Is the campaign still learning? Because if you don’t understand why you had a good day, you don’t really know what you’re scaling. Don’t scale the spike. Scale the pattern. 📈 Let the data earn the scale. Follow me for more practical ecommerce tips to help you grow smarter. 🚀 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
Things I say approximately 400 times a week as an ecommerce coach 😂 And apparently every second sentence is: “Okay… but what does the data say?” Sales are down? What does the data say? Thinking about scaling? What does the data say? Meta having a weird day? WHAT. DOES. THE. DATA. SAY. 😭 Because I will happily sound like a broken record if it stops you making decisions based on one bad day, a gut feeling, or pure panic. Your numbers usually leave clues. Look at the data. Find the story. THEN make the decision. At this point I might just get it tattooed. 📊😂 🚀 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
This graph tells a story. 📈 And it’s definitely not a perfectly straight line to growth. There are huge months. Quiet months. Stock issues. Restocks. New markets. Meta Ads. Testing. Learning. And plenty of moments where it would’ve been easy to think something wasn’t working. But they kept going. Now this founder has hit their highest revenue month this year, their biggest revenue day ever, their strongest seven-day stretch, expanded into New Zealand, and is pushing into their first $30K+ month. 🚀 This is why I’m constantly telling founders to zoom out. One bad day doesn’t tell the story. One bad month doesn’t tell the story. One setback definitely doesn’t tell the story. Growth rarely looks like a straight line. The magic is in what you do next. So proud of this one. 🥹 #theroadto30k by @demiecommerceequation
