Founder 💭 @demimarchese here and here is my reminder to you today and something I’ve learned building @shop12thtribe — Someone is judging you right now.
Someone else is totally inspired by you.
Neither are paying your bills.
So just do your own thing.

This is pretty much the voice that’s been in my head since I was 22 and decided to go down a career path that was foreign to almost everyone around me.

I skipped most parties. I was in bed by 10. I used whatever money I had to buy clothing racks, build desks, buy inventory and figure out a business I had absolutely no blueprint for.

And I’m sure some people thought I was doing too much. Some probably thought I was missing out. Some thought it was cool. None of it really mattered.

Because one of the best things I learned early is that people will have an opinion whether you’re winning, failing, trying, changing your mind or doing absolutely nothing.

So you might as well build the life that makes sense to you.

I still remind myself of this all the time.

You don’t need everyone to understand the vision.
You just need to understand why you’re doing it.

And maybe be a little delusional. That part has helped too. 😂 It has taken me a while to not waiver but this year there is no more waivering. We’re in it and doing this bigger than ever before! Let’s freaking go. by @demimarchese

NYC, you are always so good to us.

This September, we brought Tribe Table to New York City for New York Fashion Week, celebrating the launch of our Fall 2026 collection, NEW YORK MINUTE.

The night gave women from different cities, careers, and backgrounds a chance to meet, celebrate one another, and connect beyond the screen - bringing our belief that fashion is the common language that brings us together, but the people around the table are what make the real magic.

Our community is why we do what we do. These moments will never stop feeling like “pinch me” moments. We’re already ready for more!
