End of an era 💚

After two lovely years at Uber Eats, two different roles and probably way too many coffees, it’s time for me to move on.

I started this chapter with so much energy. I genuinely don’t think I ever walked into the office without heels, a cool suit and the feeling that I was ready to take on the world. Somehow, I’m leaving it in Uggs, an oversized sweater and after learning the slightly less glamorous lesson that apparently even I can have get caught by the burnout virus.

If the walls could talk… It has seen some of my biggest smiles, a few tears, a lot of laughs and probably an unhealthy amount of coffee. But looking back, if there’s one thing these past two years taught me, it’s how much your colleagues can make your job. The random conversations, the inside jokes, the people you can look at across the office and immediately know what they’re thinking… that’s what made so many days genuinely fun. And if you’re lucky enough to have that at work, cherish it, because it’s worth a lot.

Luckily, I’m already feeling so much better and seeing the light at the end of my burnout. I’m actually really excited for what’s next. For now, the goal is pretty simple: find my spark again, feel fully like myself and hopefully find something that gives me the same energy I had when I first walked into that Uber Eats office in my heels.

Or… who knows. Maybe this is my official return to influencer life. 👀 taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @demimaric

just got these from @levis and thought they were too cool not to share. By the way I also haven’t been not wearing these jeans since the moment I got them. They are so comfy, in case you’re still searching around. ✨ taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @demimaric

Race weekend!! 🏎️✨🏁 First time I won’t attend the Dutch GP. But here a fun throwback to the past few years at Zandvoort, with last year as highlight of course where my mom and I won a seat in the McLaren garage during the race. What a crazy experience was that! Looks like AI these days but I can assure you it wasn’t. 🥹✨ by @demimaric
